Terms
These Terms explain the agreement between you and Mansatak when you use our website or hire us for websites, applications, branding, translation, automation, or AI services.
Acceptance of These Terms
By using the Mansatak website or ordering our services, you agree to these terms. If we approve a separate proposal or statement of work, its terms apply alongside this page.
Services and Project Scope
Deliverables, features, and timelines are defined by the selected package or approved proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee or a revised delivery date.
Pricing and Payment
Our prices are stated in USD unless noted otherwise. Work begins after the scope is confirmed and the agreed payment is received. Third-party and recurring fees are excluded unless expressly included.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate content, access credentials, approvals, and feedback on time, and confirm they have the right to use every asset they supply. Delays in content or approval may affect delivery.
Delivery and Revisions
Delivery dates are estimates and depend on timely communication and access to required materials. Each package includes its stated revision rounds; extra revisions or scope changes are quoted separately.
Intellectual Property
After full payment, the client receives the right to use the final custom deliverables. Mansatak retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, and components. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.
Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on hosting, domains, payment providers, AI APIs, or other external services. Those services remain subject to their providers’ terms, pricing, and availability, which Mansatak does not control.
Cancellation and Refunds
Completed work and third-party costs are non-refundable. If an active project is cancelled, the amount due is based on work completed and commitments made up to the cancellation date.
Limitation of Liability
We use professional care to deliver stable and secure work, but no service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
